Late last month, Fox Searchlight Pictures made the surprising move of dropping Hitchcock right in the midst of the 2012 Oscar season. The film, which stars Anthony Hopkins as Alfred Hitchcock, focuses on the filming of Psycho and is expected to garner Oscar buzz.
With its first trailer now online, we get our first look at Hopkins as Hitchcock, Helen Mirren as the director's wife and Scarlett Johansson as Psycho star Janet Leigh. What does everyone think? It certainly looks like a film built to compete for an Oscar.
