James Bond Will Be Back-to-Back in Next 007 Films

For the most part, each of the 23 installments in the James Bond franchise, including the upcoming Skyfall, have been self-contained stories. Bond isn't like Harry Potter or the Marvel Cinematic Universe where the story bleeds from one movie into the next. There have been minor plot points that were picked up on from Bond movie to Bond movie at times, with Quantum of Solace serving as a partial resolution of Casino Royale, but there's never been multiple Bond movies that are actually built to tell a continuous story.
Well, that's about to change. The Hollywood Reporter reported on Friday that John Logan, who did a re-write on Skyfall, will not only write the next Bond installment but write a two-part story that will set Bond 24 and Bond 25 into motion. As it was reported early in the fall, Daniel Craig has already signed on for two more Bond films after Skyfall, making the pieces of this puzzle fall perfectly into place. Bond 24 is expected to hit theaters in November 2014.
