Officially, we'll get our first real look at Iron Man 3 on Tuesday when the full trailer debuts. To tide us over, we now have a teaser trailer for that trailer. Yup, 18 glorious seconds of Iron Man 3 action. Robert Downey Jr.'s Tony Stark moving through a crowd. Iron Man landing in the workshop with shot-up armor in the background. Helicopters moving in on a target. Someone — Ben Kingsley's The Mandarin? — loading a gun. Gwyneth Paltrow's Pepper Potts in some kind of torture device. And Iron Man speeding toward a group of falling things.
Iron Man 3 hits theaters on May 3, 2013, kicking of Phase 2 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Shane Black takes on directing duties now. Head past the jump to check out the trailer teaser.
