'The Hobbit' Crams a Lot of Dwarves in This New Poster

Warner Bros. released a new poster for The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey on Thursday, and, geez, did they cram a lot of dwarves into it. Sleepy, Dopey, Grumpy, Thorin Oakenshief — they're all there.

I'm not sure how I feel about this kind of poster. Look, it's better than a crappily Photoshopped bunch of floating heads, but hasn't the "cram all the characters" type of poster already been done? And does it really set the right tone for a movie like The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey? The Lord of the Rings films didn't do this. I highly doubt we're going to see a poster for Lincoln that crams Abraham Lincoln, John Wilkes Booth, Robert E. Lee, Andrew Johnson and everyone else together. I mean, if they actually did, who would be the one with his mouth full? I bet it would be Andrew Johnson.
